If the order is cancelled you will get a refund, but due to the specialized nature of prescription lenses and blue light filtering lenses, we may still charge the part of the lenses after 12 hours of payment. How do I submit my prescription?There are two types of prescription lenses we provide: Single Version (for seeing near or distance) lenses and Blue light filter. You can select either type at the product detail page. Before submitting the order, please kindly enter your OD (Latin terms for right eyes), OS (Latin terms for left eyes), PD(your pupillary distance) which are 3 important statistics.How do I obtain a prescription?The easiest and most trusted way to obtain your prescription is to see your local optometrist. Please be sure to ask your doctor to include your pupillary distance (PD) on your prescription! Regarding the function of the products, we now have 4 main types available: optical eyeglasses and sunglasses. Only optical glasses can be prescribed to single-vision or Blue light filteringglasses.There is one special sunglasses lens that is truly unique and popular-Polarized polycarbonate lenses. They are:

Our sunglasses' 100% UV protective function also render them perfect outdoor accessories. Prescription sunglasses are available for nearsightedness only. Please check your prescription before submitting all information. All the lenses in the Prescription Sunnies page are customized. Due to the specialized nature of prescription lenses and all blue light filter lenses (with or without prescription), customized lenses are non-refundable, except the frame part. We may still charge you the lenses if you cancel the order after 12 hours of payment or return the prescription sunglasses.Where can I find my frame's measurements?On each product page, the frame measurements are listed as three numbers. Most glasses (including all TIJN frames) have these numbers printed on the inside of the temple arm. You can use these measurements to compare our frames to the size of your current glasses.What's the best way to clean my lenses?To clean your lenses, simply rinse them with a mild dish soap and lukewarm water, and dry them with a soft cloth. For day-to-day cleaning of light smudges, a few swipes of the pouch included in your case should do the trick. Please be careful to avoid using hot water on your lenses (especially if they are high-index lenses), as they can develop bubbles or cracks when exposed to high heat.

When will I get my order?We offer Free Standard Shipping for All Orders and Express Shipping for orders extra paid. Each order requires 3-5 business days for processing. Please note that order with prescription glasses requires 5-9 business days for processing. Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for holidays or non-business days. Kindly note that free shipping is applied to any order. How long will the items of pre-orders be shipped?The items of pre-orders, along with the rest of the order will be processed once the stock becomes available. The date shown on the website is only a guide. We will however endeavour to process your order ready for delivery to you either on the date shown or shortly afterwards. We don't provide try-on service and discourage unnecessary shipments for the goal of sustainability. We encourage decline in energy consumption of transport, an important environmentally friendly practice, reduce pollution caused by delivery, cut down all unnecessary spending and invest more in optimizing price and improving quality.
