If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us via email@example.com for return validation within three months. Returns must be in their original condition and with all accessories included in your package (cases and cloths etc.).
When you do return any glasses we recommend that you obtain proof of postage or use a recorded delivery service via a courier company, as we are unable to take responsibility for packages lost in post. We do not accept liability for any product(s) that are damaged in transit during the return process so please ensure that the packaging and delivery method are secure.
Refunds are made to the original method of payment used for your original order as soon as we received the parcel.
Due to the specialized nature of prescription lenses, they are non-refundable, we’re not responsible for prescriptions that are incorrect due to the customer providing inaccurate prescriptions or pupillary distance (PD) measurements, or any other inaccurate information.
